These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and NATIVELABS, MB, company code 307599139, registered address Vilniaus g. 110A-28, Pabradė, LT-18178 Švenčionių r. ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Mito mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Lithuanian law.

To use Mito, you must be at least 18 years of age. Users between 14 and 18 years of age may use the App only with parental or guardian consent.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Mito is an AI-powered nutrition and meal planning application that generates personalized weekly meal plans, shopping lists, and tracks nutritional data based on information provided by the user.

The nutritional information, meal plans, and recommendations provided by the App are generated for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

The Company does not guarantee specific weight loss, health outcomes, or fitness results from using the App.

To access the full features of Mito, you must create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Mito offers a Premium subscription available as a monthly (€9.99/month) or annual (€59.99/year) plan. Prices may be subject to change with prior notice.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription, go to your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Once a subscription period begins, the payment for that period is non-refundable.

The service is provided immediately upon payment. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under applicable consumer protection law.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the respective platform's refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play Support directly.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not share your account credentials with third parties or use another person's account.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

You must not use the App in any way that could damage, overload, or impair the App's servers or networks.

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, as this directly affects the quality of personalized meal plans generated for you.

Meal plans and recipes in Mito are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or suggestions that are not suitable for all users.

You are responsible for assessing whether any meal plan, recipe, or nutritional information is appropriate for your individual health needs, allergies, and dietary requirements.

The Company is not liable for any adverse health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated meal plans without consulting a healthcare professional.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by NATIVELABS, MB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent from the Company.

Your use of Mito is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to usage through the Apple App Store.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Health-related data you provide (such as weight, height, and dietary preferences) is used solely to generate personalized content within the App and is not sold to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

The Company's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If the Company decides to discontinue the App permanently, users with active subscriptions will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
